Campaign Across Every Touchpoint
To keep pace with the region's rapid growth, Raleigh-Durham International Airport initiated several campus-wide improvement projects in 2018. Keeping passengers informed with travel tips and construction updates was a top priority. In partnership with Eckel and Vaughan, a communications campaign called Refresh was developed to do just that. As part of the strategy team, the role involved aligning messaging with visual communications, providing art direction and design across roadway banners, digital signage, and webpages. The work required coordination across formats and contexts, ensuring a consistent visual language that travelers could recognize whether they were on the highway, in the terminal, or online.
